My hope was that this would fit nicely in the corner of my home spa. I was drawn to it by the price, size, and especially the light exterior and windows. I am more than happy with this product. It is everything that is advertised and more. The vent at the top is clever. Neither it nor the zippers leak. It is so well insulated that once it was fully heated, the space around it and the room did not get hot. I might buy another for our cabin. Thanks!

It came earlier than expected. It was very easy to assemble. I had help with the side panels and I was able to complete the rest all by myself. It works great so far! My only complaint is that during shipping or possibly loading and unloading it suffered damage on the back panel. Very disappointing.

I love the control panel on the inside and outside. It takes about 20 minutes to get warm enough to enjoy and maybe another 20-30 minutes to get to 55 degrees Celsius. Too hot for me as I like to stay in for an hour, i usually set it to 50 degrees Celsius.

It was very easy to assemble WITH 2 or 3 people - not by yourself as the pieces are pretty large and are best lifted by 2 people.

Similar experience to others. The sauna barrel is of reasonable quality and we got it together in less than five hours. The heater is a European model that will not work with US three wire 220/240 V wiring. James at Smartmak was originally responsive sending videos that would show how to do the wiring, but always for different compatible models, not the 400V model we got. Things went dark now for a couple weeks. Hopefully they will aceept a return and replace the heater, very frustrating. 2023.6.5 - So far so good!

This thing is awesome! Comes well packaged and is super easy to put together. My only thing that doesn’t give it 5 stars. The delivery was a few days later than expected, (James told me that the logistics would be delayed for a few days due to the weather).

I have had it now for about 3 months. I really like it so far. Arrived in great condition fairly quickly. Assembly was all simple enough with 2 humans. It would b a bit heavy to put the roof on solo. It certainly cranks up the heat quickly (southern CA). only It is plug and play if u have the right type of plug! I did need to get my electrician out to run it a line.
